We want to ensure fairness and maintain quality service for all our users, which is why we monitor usage within our free tier. This includes keeping an eye on the following metrics:
- Number of active learners: You're welcome to have up to 5 active learners within our free tier.
- SCORM exports: We provide up to 10 SCORM exports for free tier users.
- LTI connections: You can establish up to 2 LTI connections within our free tier.
Once you exceed the free tier we'll reach out to you via email to discuss your usage and explore options for continued access to our platform, no strings attached. Our aim is to work closely with you to ensure you have the resources and support needed to meet your e-learning goals.

- Learner: An active learner is someone who has been added to the system. We count and invoice the learners at the beginning of every quarter.
- You have the flexibility to remove learners at any time, which will exclude them from your billing count.
- Removing a learner deactivates their access to courses but retains their progress in the system. That ensures that you can add them again later, retaining their previous progress.
